Manager Troubleshooter
Hello, my name is Robert.
From 2008 to 2015, I moved to Scandinavia, more precisely to the oil & gas
industry, for a Norwegian company, working at heights and in extreme conditions in
the position of the coordinator of ongoing actions. Since 2011, already as a team
leader. I was responsible for work planning, risk analysis, work safety, inspection,
staff training, and other analytical and coordination jobs.
In 2015, I returned to administrative work in the office, as an operations
technologist-analyst, in a sub-contracting company, for the oil and gas processing
sectors. After assuming the position of Project Manager, the list of my functions
was supplemented by personnel selection and project coordination. As a
consequence, I became the Head of HR, at the same time Senior Manager for 11
project managers and 18 coordinators.
As there was no general software for the management of this sector, combining
different departments where data changes very quickly and more are often lost or
duplicated, so I decided to take on this task by myself. After solving the "painful"
issues and changing the company's operational processes, the goal was achieved.
In 2019 I became a freelance consultant for project management in the oil & gas
sector. I.e. provision of new procedures, adaptation, implementation of operational
processes, documentation preparation, personnel training and recruitment for new
positions.
During quarantine, it was an excellent time for software development. Having
experience in creating procedures and practice, I combined these skills with IT
knowledge. In this way, I contributed to several companies within their
restructurings. While connecting different departments, I had to lead several of
them simultaneously.
The last project was to create an automated management system (ERP) for a
contractor in Holland. The main goal was to make the system easy to manage and
quickly adjusted when the need arises, according to the current circumstances,
without stopping any of the processes.
So I am currently looking for new opportunities and challenges.
