I am a Voice/Network engineer with over 5 years experience within the IP Telephony industry doing administration and maintenance on the Broadworks platform now Cisco Broadworks platform. 

Cisco BroadWorks is an enterprise-grade calling and collaboration platform that delivers unmatched performance. It is used by major ISP's around the world. 

I also have 5+ years customer support experience from 2009 to 2014.

I have certified as a Broadworks Certified Network engineer - Professional, Cisco CCNA - Routing & Switching, SSCA - The SIP School and ITIL.

Learning new technologies and products is part of his career.

I am looking for a job in the customer support space within the Crypto industry. Currently i am learning some web development using Next.js, Tailwind, clerk-auth and Solidity. My goal is start at a basic level and build my knowledge and skills to become a smart contract developer and smart contract security analyst.
