Responsible for full-stack development and maintenance of Tesla’s HR systems, covering Performance / Employee Master Data / Attendance / Payroll / Recruiting / Talent / Team Management and Learning modules. Contributed significantly to HR platform localization in China. Contributed to the APAC localization of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), handling the majority of localization requirements across the region. This included Offer / Headcount / Requisition workflow, Onboarder tracking, Offer issuance, signature status tracking, integration with third-party eSign vendors. Designed and implemented a China-localized onboarding platform tailored to local candidate preferences, covering the full onboarding journey (guide, document, information collection, medical & background checks, etc.), improving candidate experience and HR operational efficiency. Developed a comprehensive offboarding module and console to support multiple departments including HRBP, HROps, management, InfoSec, security, asset, insurance, and housing fund processes. Handled complex integrations between the HR system and various internal business systems, handling multiple protocols (HTTP, Kafka, Message Queues) and authentication methods (SSO, Static Token, Basic Auth), while applying appropriate encryption strategies based on data sensitivity. Worked on the migration and performance optimization of the Sales Bonus Calculation module from NA to China. Redesigned complex multi-dimensional business logic, reducing the calculation time from over 10 days to 1.5 hours, significantly improving sales bonus settlement efficiency. Contributed to the development and containerization of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform that supports the HR system. Successfully migrated a compute-intensive PDF contract generation module (previously Windows-based with COM+ components) to Kubernetes, support auto-scaling and improved stability. Contributed to the development of the AI Sourcing tool, leverage LLM for automated resume filter and intelligent screening, providing AI-powered support for the recruiting process. Actively leveraged AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to improve development and cooperation efficiency.

Focus on development of a serial project related to tourism services, including enterprise portal(CMS), online booking system(B2C & B2B), reservation/operation system (Backoffice) and supplier API services. Deeply covered whole business work-flow. Implement the abstract model of every business section, design/develop/deploy each module of the system. Led and build up APM (Application Performance Monitor) tracking component. Led and build up ELK system log component. Led and build up E2E automation test infrastructure and test cases for the product. Proposed to import MVVM (Vue.js) and improve front-end componentization and modularization, lead front-end modernization reform. Responsible for design/develop business notification (Email, Sms) module. Responsible for developing/maintainpayment (Realex Payments) module.

Developed e-commerce, CMS, and ERP modules based on the DotNetNuke (DNN) CMS platform, covering the full lifecycle of module development. Backend primarily used ASP.NET MVC / Web Forms + EF; frontend based on jQuery + Knockout.js. Deeply integrated with the DNN Skin/Container system to achieve customized module UI. Implemented multi-language localization support for modules to adapt to global deployment scenarios; integrated third-party payment, ERP, and other external APIs. Responsible for module installation package building and version management, ensuring plug-and-play productized delivery.

Joined the Microsoft Developer Division (DevDiv), participating in the Visual Studio IDE project. Handle test development work based on Visual Studio IDE, building automated testing frameworks and automated test case systems. Supported the extend and maintenance of the automated testing system, improving IDE functional regression testing efficiency and coverage. Responsible for tech management and coordination of the IDE Experience team, organizing team members to achieve iteration goals. Regular sync with client (Microsoft) team, clarify tech spec and requirements, synchronizing progress, and drive cross-team collaboration. Provided toolchain support for Visual Studio IDE testing, ensuring product delivery quality.
