Amadeus / AMA Hub — Web3 Community Moderator • Moderate and support an active Web3 community through Discord, including task guidance, technical troubleshooting, and member support. • Explain AMA Hub quests involving swaps, bridges, trading, AI agents, recurring buys, Clash/Rivalry activities, social quests, and onchain verification. • Investigate wallet, gas-fee, transaction, verification, and task-indexing issues and escalate recurring technical problems. • Create daily handovers, tutorials, task guides, community announcements, and concise English responses for members. • Help members understand AMA Wallet, EVM wallet interactions, network fees, transaction requirements, and onchain confirmation. • Provide community feedback to the team and encourage meaningful product usage, agent utility, adoption, and retention.
