Managed and executed social media (Telegram, X, Medium, Discord, Zendesk) strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. Created and localized English content; translated product materials between Chinese and English. Collaborated with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to plan and implement co-marketing campaigns. Served as product manager for a new Eurasian trading platform (Kazakhstan market). My role also included organizing and executing both online and offline marketing side events across multiple regions, as well as coordinating closely with project teams to facilitate smooth token listings and ongoing exchange support.
