I have a background that combines hands-on experience in leadership from equestrian sports with a solid education in blockchain development. This mix has given me a unique way of working; disciplined, curious, and focused on finding practical solutions. 

Right now, I’m leading tokenomics at a venture-building studio, where I design token ecosystems, align incentives, and make sure projects follow the right regulatory frameworks. This includes working with KYC/KYB processes, applying AML principles, coordinating investor onboarding, and managing CEX company account applications. I also design tokenomics structures aligned with MiCA and other regulatory guidelines, giving me practical compliance experience even if I am not a lawyer.

I am now seeking a role within compliance, risk, or token due diligence where I can leverage my understanding of crypto regulations, AML & KYC/KYB, and tokenomics to support safe, transparent, and compliant products.
