I’m a product and growth operator based in China, with hands-on experience working on early-stage Web3 products and an AI-native approach to research, problem-solving, documentation, and prototyping. Most recently, I worked across NOVA and PerpOne. My work covered product repositioning, user journeys, incentive and contributor programs, early-user testing, product feedback, launch operations, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. 

For NOVA, I designed a Community Partner Program under effectively zero paid acquisition budget, attracting approximately 100 applicants and converting 20+ into meaningful trial contributors. The experience gave me a practical understanding of early-stage growth constraints, incentive design, and the distinction between operational execution and underlying product pull. 

For PerpOne, an AI-powered perpetual trading interface built on Hyperliquid, I built an early-tester framework around UX clarity, friction, user confidence, and structured product feedback. 

I work extensively with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Notion, and AI-assisted workflows to turn ambiguous problems into structured research, operating systems, user tests, documentation, and prototypes. 

I’m currently interested in remote opportunities across Product Operations, Growth Operations, Product Specialist, Customer/Implementation Operations, and AI-native Product Operations, particularly in Web3, fintech, AI, and early-stage technology companies.
