I have started my career in sales and proceeded to join Management Consulting in after 2-3 years of experience in sales. I have been working as a management consultant for 8+ years now. I joined EY as an analyst and was promoted to Manager in 3 years with multiple double promotions. I have extensive experience in Operating Model Design, Business Model Design, Process Design/ Re-engineering, Post-Merger Integrations and Operational Due Diligence. I have managed several large scale transformation projects with diverse and international teams. I also managed multiple projects at once with different clients. I am capable in both waterfall and agile project management and a certified Scrum Master.
