Currently, I serve as an AI Trainer at Outlier AI, where I contribute to high-level projects such as Aether, Pogo Stick, and Multilingual Static Comparison V3. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between human language and technology, utilizing my skills in translation (English-Indonesian) and copywriting to refine AI models.

Previously, I spent over two years as a Sales Support Officer at DBS Bank Indonesia, where I managed complex operational tasks, including contract renewals, SLA tracking for 41 OGR IDs, and recording verification to ensure strict compliance and quality standards.
