Web3 Legal Counsel

We’re looking for Legal Counsel, to join our Legal, Compliance, and Government Relations team for to support all legal matters within the company.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:

• Provide legal advice on various matters within the PINTU group, including products, business cooperations, employment, data protection, and corporate transactions.
• Ensure PINTU group's compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
• Liaise and communicate with lawyers on matters concerning the PINTU group.
• Prepare all required legal documents (e.g., service agreements, business cooperation agreements, and corporate resolutions).
• Assist with any other matters as designated by the Senior Legal Counsel and/or General Counsel.

Who we are looking for:

• A Bachelor of Law degree (S1/Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university in Indonesia; a Master’s degree (S2) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably a mix of law firm and tech company experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
• A fast learner who can work independently, provide sharp legal analysis, and offer practical and safe legal solutions.
• Strong general knowledge of Indonesian Law regarding contracts, companies, personal data protection, and employment.
