Web3 Senior Coordinator of Sponsorship Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Coordinator of Sponsorship Management to join our team at Crypto.com. Based in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, this role will be instrumental in managing various aspects of sponsorship initiatives, with a focus on event ticket management, event hosting, and day-to-day support for sponsorship partnerships. 

The successful candidate will play a role in executing Crypto.com's sponsorship strategy, contributing to the brand's visibility and impact across a diverse portfolio of dynamic global partnerships that includes:

Responsibilities:

• Event Ticket Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end process of ticket management for sponsored events.
• Coordinate ticket distribution, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for Crypto.com stakeholders.


Event Hosting & Attendance:
• Assist in planning and executing events hosted by Crypto.com, ensuring they align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Manage on-site logistics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events.
• Willingness to attend and travel to sports and entertainment events both domestically in the United States and internationally as / when required.


Sponsorship Coordination:
• Support the activation of sponsorship partnerships under the guidance of Sponsorship Managers, ensuring alignment with Crypto.com's brand values and strategic goals.
• Act as a liaison between Crypto.com and sponsored entities, fostering positive relationships.
• Assist in the updating of partnership planning trackers to ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept abreast of Partner initiatives and updates.
• Assist in the reporting and post-campaign analysis of partnership activation initiatives.


Day-to-Day Deliverables:
• Handle day-to-day sponsorship-related tasks and deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Brand / Creative, Social, User Acquisition and Client Management to ensure timely and accurate execution of sponsorship commitments.
• Coordinate internal partnership invoicing process & approvals (creating PO’s, processing invoices, tracking expenses & receipt).


Social Media Integration:
• Demonstrate a strong interest in social media trends and platforms.
• Work with social media team to ideate on, and help capture engaging content at sponsored events for distribution across social.
• Utilize basic editing skills to create visually appealing content for various social media channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sponsorship management, with a focus on events and partnerships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Interest in social media trends and platforms; basic editing skills are a big plus.
