I started building businesses in 2019 and have been actively involved in MSME development, business strategy, digital marketing, automation, and community building. I’ve built and managed several digital businesses, including growing one from zero capital to ten million rupiah in revenue. My work includes creating business models, setting up operational systems, developing marketing funnels, improving conversions, launching digital products, and building structured growth strategies.

I also have extensive experience in community management. I’ve led multiple communities across different niches, including a fast-growing community with more than twenty thousand members on WhatsApp that focused on finance, business, startups, technology, and AI. I managed everything from structure, operations, SOPs, KPIs, program design, team coordination, engagement planning, to continuous evaluation. I’ve also organized community events, collaborated with dozens of media partners, and recruited and trained teams for various roles.

My background includes project execution, partnership proposals, event organizing, market research, trend analysis, and supporting MSMEs through strategy guidance and marketing improvements. I frequently share recommendations and strategic insights online, and many of them have been used by large companies, startups, and MSMEs.

I constantly sharpen my skills through global learning resources, competitions, and independent study covering business, leadership, marketing, export, finance, and technology. My achievements include national and international awards in economics and business, along with multiple technology and AI training scholarships.

I enjoy building systems, improving workflows, solving problems, and helping organizations grow with clarity and structure. I’m comfortable working independently or with a team, and I adapt quickly to new tools and fast-paced environments.
