Web3 Reporting Specialist, Bulgaria

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the provision and transformation of data to generate KPIs and metrics for the business;
• From engaging with business stakeholders and understanding the problem, conduct data analysis when acquiring and processing the data, building and testing the appropriate model, to overseeing the deployment into production of dashboards;
• Supporting the development of business cases, gathering requirements, documenting solution designs and testing;
• Proficient problem solver with proven ability to envision business perspectives and develop workable solutions beneficial for the program;

• Curious in all things data with a focus on identifying data quality issues, trends and improving accuracy of reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills;
• The Specialist must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, its technical, financial and organizational structure;
• Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• The Specialist must stand out with excellent decision making skills, effective problem solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in team;
• Act with integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, ability for respect the personal dignity and rights of each employee, interest in fintech and services and motivation to occupy the position;
• Excellent computer literacy.
