Job Description

We build the best financial products in the world - starting with Cash App Cards. Customers use Cash App Card to conduct every day and the card has already reached incredible scale. Our mission is to make Cash App Card the top-of-wallet spending device for our customers by building delightful and differentiated seamless end-to-end experiences across ordering + managing cards and conducting everyday spend.

As a member of the team, you will own the design, implementation and improvement of Cash App Card products and features. Not only will you get to ship awesome new products and features, you'll also optimize them to provide the best experience to our customers and maximize their engagement.

In this role you will:

  • Work with a full stack team (engineers, designers researchers,, data scientists, operations, customer support) on a daily basis to create innovative and incredible experience around designing, ordering, activating, and using your Cash App Card
  • Contribute towards the goal of making the Cash App Card the primary spending card of choice
  • Create the strategy plan to drive adoption of the Cash App Card, including by creating viral network effects and feedback loops
  • Work with different product teams to weave Cash App Card across the Cash App experience and work with global teams to expand the overall global footprint of the Cash App Card

Qualifications

Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for users and passionate about shaping the future of Cash App.
  • 3+ years of product management or related experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
  • Able to drive A/B testing, and familiar with analytics/testing tools

Highly preferred
  • Experience working in a high growth consumer business, whether FinTech or other
  • Experience leading and working with geographically dispersed teams

Additional Information

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Zone A: USD $167,300 - USD $204,500

Zone B: USD $158,900 - USD $194,300

Zone C: USD $150,600 - USD $184,000

Zone D: USD $142,200 - USD $173,800
