Head of Growth (Institutional) – DeFi / Onchain Finance


Realm are exclusively partnered with an innovative team at the intersection of DeFi and traditional finance who are scaling a next-generation platform for onchain asset management.


They’re looking for a Head of Growth (Institutional), someone who can build out institutional GTM from the ground up, working with asset managers, treasuries, funds, and market infrastructure players across the crypto and fintech ecosystem.


This is a senior commercial role where you’ll:

  • Own institutional partnerships end-to-end, from positioning and outreach to deal execution and scaling.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and risk teams to help design vaults and liquidity strategies that institutions can actually use.
  • Shape how institutional DeFi evolves by turning bespoke wins into repeatable systems that scale globally.

Ideal background:

  • 8–12+ years in institutional BD, partnerships, or sales (with at least 3 years in crypto, DeFi, or digital assets).
  • A network across funds, custodians, market makers, or treasuries.
  • Deep understanding of DeFi mechanics, lending, liquidity, yield, risk, and onchain infrastructure.
  • High-agency operator who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
  • Compensation is competitive with meaningful upside, and the team operates remotely with hubs in major global financial centres.
