About Binance Accelerator Program 
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI agent architectures that can understand user requests, reason through complex problems, and execute multi-step plans
  • Develop frameworks for AI agents to interact with various tools, APIs, and services
  • Create mechanisms for effective human-AI collaboration, including clarification, feedback, and guidance
  • Optimize agent performance for reliability, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Build monitoring and evaluation systems to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agents into products and workflows
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in AI agent technology
  •  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
  •  building AI/ML systems, with a focus on autonomous agents
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python,Golang
  • Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies
