Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance enterprise applications with a blockchain component
- Work within a primarily backend environment
- Contribute to a full stack application, though the role itself is backend focused
- Build and maintain:
- Java / Spring Bootbusiness logic
- Blockchain smart contractsusing Solidity
- Cloud based infrastructure hosted primarily in Azure
- Frontend/UI:React
- Backend:Java, Spring Boot
- Blockchain Layer:Solidity (Ethereum based)
- Cloud:Azure (primary), some AWS exposure
- AI Coding Tools:GitHub Copilot and similar AI assisted coding tools
- Strong Java Development (Required)
- Java is non negotiable
- Majority of the application is built in Java
- Strong experience with:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Complex backend systems
- 8+ years of Java development
- More senior level experience preferred due to complexity of environment
- Solidity / Blockchain Experience
- Experience with Solidity for Ethereum smart contracts preferred
- Candidates with:
- Strong Java + limited Solidity exposure will be considered
- Strong Solidity + moderate Java may also be considered
- Cloud Experience
- Azure preferred
- AWS acceptableif candidate is technically strong
- Cloud platform knowledge considered transferable
Blockchain / Security Knowledge
Experience with the following is a plus but not mandatory:
