Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Outside Sales Representative to be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic selling. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving business success by promoting our products to potential clients. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM.   Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through research, cold calling, door to door selling, and networking. Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory, as this is a requirement for an outside sales representative. You will likely be driving to meet customers for multiple hours per day. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. With the assistance of your manager, negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, addressing any objections or concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in SalesForce. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and always maintaining a professional image. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues. Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

Door to door sales experience is preferred Travel is expected to be 50%+ 1+ years of relevant sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients. Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, consistently demonstrating a competitive and goal-oriented mindset. Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Ability to identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and address objections to close deals successfully. Familiarity with the company's products/services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively. Understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and market dynamics to engage in informed discussions with clients. Willingness to adjust strategies based on client feedback, market changes, and evolving business goals. Comfortable using CRM software (SalesForce), sales tools, and technology to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress. Proficient in building and expanding a professional network through industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
