What you’ll do:

Help support the ongoing management of M&A activities for multiple business entities concurrently.

·         Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
·         Develop legal, business, financial and analytical skills needed for a career in financial services.
·         Provide administrative support to executives as needed.
·         Perform research on new initiatives.
·         Gain exposure to products, services, and clients’ financial needs.
 
 
What you’ll need:


·         Enrolled Seniors in an undergraduate pre-law program, currently enrolled in law school, or Master’s program from an accredited university OR have earned a degree within the last 12 months from a university or law school.
·         Knowledge of standard legal practices, terminology, and procedures.
·         Knowledge of standard research tools and methodologies.
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office
·         Ability to multi-task, determine priorities.
·         Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines (strict adherence to internal confidentiality  and privacy guidelines is required).
·         Ability to seek out clarification and comfort in asking questions.
·         Analytical skills.
·         Skills in documenting process and procedures
·         Be available to work at least part-time (25 hours per week), full-time preferred
·         Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher
·         Strong time management skills
·         Comfort and experience being in an innovative start-up environment
·         A willingness to roll-up your sleeves and get work done
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills
