With your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence, you ensure compliance, drive operational efficiency, and effectively mitigate risks through rigorous auditing processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You will be responsible for working with leadership to plan, execute, and deliver outcomes. Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed. Develop comprehensive audit plans and programs to ensure thorough coverage of compliance, operational, financial, and information technology audits. Execute audits in accordance with established methodologies, standards, and timelines. Oversee the preparation of audit reports, ensuring findings are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Review audit workpapers, ensuring quality and adherence to established audit standards. Provide recommendations for process improvements and control enhancements based on audit findings. Liaise with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to discuss audit findings, recommendations, and action plans. Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues. Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in auditing.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation preferred. 7+ years of experience in auditing, with a focus on compliance audits, operational audits, financial audits, and information technology audits. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards. Proven experience in leading audit engagements (planning to reporting) and managing audit teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $102,000-147,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
