We are seeking a Game Community Lead to join our team on a part-time, revenue-share basis. This role is ideal for a charismatic and organized individual with a knack for marketing, public speaking, and community engagement. You will represent 3MetaD at virtual events, host Twitter Spaces, stream on platforms like Twitch, and foster a vibrant community around our projects.

⏲HOURS⏲

You know yours is better than ours because you have different clocks. You are expected to work 18 hours a week, with one day per weekend. The times were built around your availability and our team's hours.


✅COMPENSATION ✅

Revenue-based / Percentage-based compensation model to its employees. There is no upfront payment available at the moment, No Investors or Revenue.

Primary Model: You'll receive a percentage of the company's profits. This aligns your success directly with the company's performance. The more the company grows, the more you earn.


Department Allocation: Each department is assigned a percentage of all earnings. Your share will be based on your contribution and output within the marketing department.


Commission Structure:

Sales-Driven: Commission will depend on the sales obtained from projects you contribute to. This is designed to reward direct results and high performance.

Project-Based Distribution: Commissions are distributed based on the contribution/output on a per collection/project basis.

  • 2+ years in community management, marketing, public speaking, or content creation, preferably in gaming or tech.
  • Proven experience hosting virtual events, livestreams, or social media engagements (e.g., Twitter Spaces, Twitch streams).
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social media or streaming platforms.

✨Roles and Responsibilities ✨

As the Game Community Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and engaging our community while amplifying our brand presence.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a welcoming and active community around 3MetaD’s games and metaverse projects.
  • Moderate and participate in community discussions on platforms like Discord, Twitter, and forums.
  • Respond to community feedback and relay insights to the team to inform project development.

Event Hosting:

  • Host and moderate Twitter Spaces to discuss 3MetaD projects, gaming trends, and metaverse innovations.
  • Organize and lead virtual events, such as Q&A sessions, developer talks, or community tournaments.
  • Represent 3MetaD at industry events, panels, or podcasts, delivering engaging presentations or interviews.

Streaming and Content Creation:

  • Stream gameplay, behind-the-scenes content, or community events on platforms like Twitch or YouTube.
  • Create engaging content (e.g., short videos, social media posts) to promote 3MetaD’s projects and events.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight our games and metaverse initiatives.
  • Craft compelling narratives to showcase our projects to potential players, partners, and investors.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all community and marketing channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track engagement metrics (e.g., event attendance, stream viewership, social media interactions) and report on performance.
  • Propose data-driven strategies to enhance community growth and retention.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, Twitch) and content creation tools (e.g., OBS, Canva, Adobe Premiere).
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Comfortable working in a highly iterative, collaborative team environment.
  • English proficiency (ability to read, write, and discuss technical and creative matters).
