As a Product Manager for the Points and Membership System, you will be responsible for the overall planning, design, and implementation of the company’s points and membership ecosystem. You will create innovative incentive mechanisms to enhance user activity and loyalty. We are looking for someone with experience designing currency, points, and membership systems in gaming or large entertainment platforms, who can develop competitive product solutions based on business needs and build a sustainable and engaging points ecosystem.

Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end product planning, design, iteration, and implementation of points, virtual currency, and membership benefit systems, ensuring rationality, scalability, and innovation.
2. Deeply analyze user behavior and needs to design effective incentive mechanisms that improve user retention, activity, and loyalty.
3. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, technology, and other teams to integrate the points system with business modules and ensure successful launch and continuous optimization.
4. Monitor member behavior and points system data, and continuously optimize points rules, membership tiers, and benefit structures through data analysis.
5. Stay updated on industry trends in points, virtual currency, and membership systems, and propose forward-thinking innovative solutions based on business scenarios.
6. Design points issuance, consumption, redemption, and settlement mechanisms to enable online-offline integration and a closed-loop ecosystem.
7. Establish user feedback and data monitoring mechanisms to continuously evaluate system health and user experience.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience. Experience in points, virtual currency, or membership system design in gaming or large entertainment platforms is preferred.
2. Familiar with points and membership system design methodologies, with a deep understanding of user operations, incentives, and retention strategies in gaming/entertainment.
3. Strong product thinking and requirements analysis skills, with the ability to balance user experience and business objectives.
4. Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills, capable of driving complex projects to completion with multiple teams.
5. Data-driven mindset, proficient in user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and product impact evaluation.
6. Keen interest in emerging incentive models, including blockchain-based tokens and digital assets, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven experience in successfully launching and operating game currency or virtual points systems.
2. Understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and their application in membership systems and ecosystems.
3. Experience designing membership or loyalty programs for large-scale internet platforms.
