As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to support and coordinate projects across multiple teams. This role focuses ondelivery, coordination, and visibility,ensuring initiatives move forward smoothly and teams remain aligned. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, legal, trading, finance, customer service, admin, risk, and operations.

Initial focus:

  • Set up and maintain a centralised project tracking and reporting system across teams
  • Support the development and use of simple, standardised project management templates and ways of working
  • Help create and maintain a clear, prioritised project pipeline, providing visibility across departments
  • Identify and track dependencies (e.g. onboarding, integrations, licensing) and escalate risks where needed
  • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and supporting delivery documentation

Ongoing:

  • Maintain and update the cross-functional project pipeline, ensuring progress and priorities are visible
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional project check-ins to support alignment and resolve delivery blockers
  • Prepare clear, concise project updates for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Support teams in identifying and addressing bottlenecks or competing priorities
  • Assist department heads with planning and sequencing work, without formal budget or people ownership
  • Help implement and consistently use project management tools and processes to improve transparency and collaboration
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a project management role, including at least 3 years working on cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience delivering projects in a trading, fintech, or cryptocurrency environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Clear, structured communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience creating Business Requirements Documents and translating stakeholder needs into clear delivery plans
  • Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery approaches
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-moving environments, with exposure to regulated or technical domains
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is desirable but not essential
  • Candidates must be able to align their working hours with Dubai (GST / UTC+4) within ±2 hours.
