Your role at Finoverse

• Research and analyze current financial market trends and up-to-date knowledge on FinTech, Web3, and AI

• Responsible for planning the speaking program for various events, including conferences, VIP gatherings, global seminars, and business networking receptions

• Responsible for planning and developing the FinTech conference agenda

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the agenda that meets the event's goals

• Research and identify potential speakers who align with the event’s theme

• Craft personalized speakers and VIPs invitations that communicate the event's purpose and the value of their participation

• Maintain a good relationship with Speakers and key stakeholders

• Attend industry events for rapport-building and networking purposes

• Provide support to other teams

• Undertaking such other duties as directed by the management

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Over 7 years of relevant experience in developing conference agendas at large-scale events is highly desirable

• Must have experience in inviting speakers and developing event agendas

• Outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people and building industry networks

• Previous experience working in startups or small teams

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Proficient in business writing in both English and Chinese

• Knowledge of or interest in Web3, Technology, FinTech, and industry trends
