About the position
Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Channel Solutions Engineer who will be responsible for the Global System Integrator Partner Community. This individual will support a cross-functional team that works with GSI and the Technical Partner ecosystem.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development for GSI, you will work across the channel team and SE organization to help assess, enable, and support the technical needs of the Keyfactor GSI Partner Community. If youâre a team player that understands how to translate technical requirements and partner questions to business value, youâve found a home.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company in an expanding market and requires a strong balance of technical acumen, operational efficiency, and relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand Keyfactor product platforms and communicate our value to solution partners and Technology alliance partners
- Provide product demos as needed in support of Technical GSI SE knowledge of Keyfactor solutions
- Provide assistance setting up GSI Partner âCenter of Excellenceâ, Product Demos and integrated solutions as needed
- Provide assistance coaching on Keyfactor Product Implementation from Services Scope creation through delivery and managed environments â partnering with Partner Services Support team.
- Propose adjacent technology partner technology for potential layered solutions delivered by the GSI to their enterprise customers
- Work with Keyfactor Sales, SE and Channel team regarding GSI Partner opportunity as needed
- Advise channel leadership with building programs, training and enablement for GSI Partners
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in engineering, technical development, and account management
- Ability to present complex security concepts, architecture, and solutions to GSI Partner Technical teams
- Technical knowledge of PKI and Certificate Management products
- General understanding of Cybersecurity requirements, solutions, and products
- Ability to translate technical aspects of Keyfactor Product Platforms to business outcomes for customers and partners
