About The Position:

Keyfactor is looking to expand the IoT Product team by hiring an IoT Solution Architect. This individual will drive the growth and adoption of Keyfactor IoT products including EJBCA, SignServer, and Keyfactor Command for IoT. This role requires strong interpersonal and technical skills. The role is customer facing and requires working with both Customers and various Keyfactor departments to develop architectures aligned to customer business processes that leverage Keyfactor products.

Additionally, this position requires strong programming skills to deliver customizations or extensions to Keyfactor products. These customizations may include writing libraries for embedded systems, .NET programming, and other programming languages. These integrations connect customer devices and/or enterprise applications and/or IoT Clouds to Keyfactor products.

The position is based in Cleveland, Atlanta, or San Mateo office and can be performed remotely when necessary. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Solution Engineering by designing and documenting IoT Architectures and flow diagrams for IoT solutions.
  • Assist Keyfactor's sales and delivery by developing one-off code-based integrations between various customer devices, customer enterprise applications, IoT Hubs, and Keyfactor products [Identity Issuance, Identity Management and Firmware signing].
  • Aid customers in defining technical, operational, and test plan requirements for Keyfactor integrations.
  • Assist sales team and customers by developing and demonstrating integration solutions for Proof of Concept/Pilot purposes.
  • Assist sales team with demos of integration solutions specific to IoT.
  • Assist customers, partners, and Keyfactor with integration and architecture documentation.
  • Assist Product Management by finding possible roadmap features.
  • Assist Project Management by being the Project Manager for the IoT integrations part of the project.
  • Assist Delivery by performing the IoT integration and customer training for the Keyfactor product and custom integrations.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in large enterprise IT environments (services/consulting/employment)
  • Comfortable presenting to and working on designs with customers is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
  • Extremely proficient technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience inside of a formal problem-solving process [8D] and using Root Cause Analysis tools [Ishikawa diagrams, Pareto, 5W&2H, FMEA, etc.] a plus.
  • Software development in Windows environments using the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, IIS MSSQL, AD, PowerShell, etc.) is necessary.
  • Software development in Linux and/or embedded RTOS environments using C is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new languages, technologies, and APIs as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills.
  • An ardent desire to grow as an individual in a rapidly growing organization.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
