As a Jira Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the JIRA ecosystem at CoinFlip. Other duties include supporting JIRA environments, migrating people/projects from other tools to JIRA, and customizing the environment to meet the engineering needs. Handling of support tickets from users and interfacing with internal users providing excellent customer service skills.
