About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Demand Generation Manager who can help strategize and execute marketing campaigns to help drive measurable brand awareness and direct revenue growth. The role will work in tandem with the Director of Demand Gen, operating independently to own or support across all paid and non-paid channels and identifying opportunities to optimize channels and launch net new campaigns.
The candidate should have expertise planning, executing, and measuring channels from the ground up. This includes expertise in creating effective lead nurturing programs using a multi-channel approach across digital, email marketing, SMS, direct mail, conversion rate optimization, etc.
They should be detail-oriented and creative thinkers with solid project management, written and analytical skills, and a robust understanding of and experience with multi-channel integrated demand generation.
The role’s key metric for success: More CFOs, controllers, business owners, and finance teams join their thousands of peers who trust Rho to help them control spend, automate operations like AP and accounting, and get more done with fewer resources.
Responsibilities
- Channel Owner: Own and execute automated and outbound email campaigns. Leverage a constant test-and-learn approach to gain channel learnings to improve overall efficiency.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events, to engage and convert target audiences.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads working with other team members to develop a content syndication strategy. This includes owning landing page creation across channels and for gated assets and distribution of blog articles, white papers etc.
- Copywriting: Light, short-form copywriting support, utilizing best practices, with various short-form campaign tactics.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize Hubspot and other marketing automation tools to set up and manage lead nurturing campaigns, monitor lead scoring, and optimize the lead lifecycle.
- Data Analysis: Track, measure, and report on key demand generation metrics, using data to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization, maintaining short feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience developing, owning, and executing successful demand gen marketing campaigns in either B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Startups
- Proven track record of building channels from scratch and optimizing current channels
- Experience driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to maintain fast growth, with revenue as the north star metric
- Proficiency in Hubspot and experience with Salesforce, other sales tools, and Marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
