Web3 Portfolio Management, Associate

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist portfolio manager in day-to-day portfolio management and rebalancing of 21Shares product suites.
• Oversee operations implementation and portfolio reconciliation while looking for ways to improve data flow and efficiency.
• Analyze portfolio positioning, attribution, performance drivers and risk exposures.
• Develop dashboard and other analytical tools that aid the due diligence and portfolio construction processes.
• Support investment team on investment strategies research, build investment thesis and design portfolio management workflow.

What You Need To Be Great In This Role:

• 3+ years of experience in financial services with at least 1 year of experience in portfolio management (i.e., experience constructing, monitoring, and evaluating portfolios).
• Computer programming knowledge or experience is ideal (experience with VBA, Python, SQL)
• Strong quantitative analysis or risk management skillsets.
• Extreme attention to detail and care deeply about outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with trading, operations, compliance and other internal groups.
• Strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn new topics and be dynamic in a rapidly evolving company and space. And you are excited to go all in crypto investment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of blockchain technology with crypto investment experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills using on-chain data.
• Results-oriented mindset with process driven approach.
• Index-based portfolio management experience.
