Web3 Videographer and Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a Videographer and Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This is the right fit for someone that is interested in digital marketing, visual creative arts, and video production. We're looking for someone that isn't happy with 'good enough' but someone that LOVES to think outside of the box while choosing the most effective visual language to convey stories and ideas.

In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of the development and production of video assets to support marketing and communication initiatives.

At the strategic level, you will plan, create and edit original visual content to distribute over various mediums, including, but not limited to, video production and still photography. At the tactical level, you will assist in the development of production plans and schedules for projects, coordinate with our internal teams and external sources to deliver creatives on time and within budget.

You will need to be adept in managing multiple productions at once from concept to final deliverables. You will work closely with our creative team to understand and satisfy client needs, and create compelling visual content for various digital formats.

The key responsibilities of the role includes: • Conceptualize, design, and execute video creative content for brand trailers, social media ads, text overlay explainer videos, multi-camera interviews and animations. • Interpret scripts/concepts and choose the most effective visual language to convey the stories and ideas. This includes conceiving new ways to tell stories through video, audio and/or animation. • Manage multiple productions at once from concept to final deliverables • Stay up-to-date on new visual trends and techniques. • Continuously discover and implement new technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency. • Perform pre-production activities within budget, including the development of storyboards. • Arrange on-set production and direct subjects during filming, work with shot composition, camera movement, lighting design, and audio arrangement. • Perform post-production activities, including footage cleanup, B-roll selection, editing, special effects, motion graphics, color correction, music arrangement, media conversion, duplication, etc.

The below is the experience and traits we believe are necessary for this role.

Some of the experience you have: • Bachelor's degree in fine arts, filmmaking, advertising, design, or experience in lieu. • 3 or more years of experience with motion photography, editing, and visual effects. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially PS, PR, AE or similar software. • Experience working with camera equipment, lighting, and microphones. • Experience identifying proper specifications for production equipment. • Experience working in G-Suite.

Bonus if you have: • Experience building ads and video ads for social media platforms. • Experience researching image or footage from stock footage websites including handling of licensing.
