Now we look for someone who's already plugged into the Solana ecosystem and knows how to close deals with protocols that actually ship.
 

The Role (Two Parts)

 
Part 1: Audit Services (Day 1) Sell our security audit services to Solana protocols. You're hunting down the teams shipping real TVL, the ones that need security before they get rekt, the ones that will pay for quality audits because they've seen what happens when you skip them.

Part 2: Product Sales (Coming Soon) We're launching a new security tool for Solana developers. You'll be the first to sell it. Can't share details yet, but if you've sold dev tools or security products before, you know the playbook.

• Create FOMO around our Solana expertise until projects beg us to secure them

Close Deals Like Your Rent Depends On It

 

• Sell audit services to protocols that need security (Kamino-tier deals)
• Negotiate scopes, timelines, and pricing that work for both sides
• Launch and sell our upcoming security product to Solana developers
• Turn one-time clients into long-term security partners

Build Our Solana Cult Following

 

• Make Ackee the name every Solana builder knows when they think "security"
• Leverage your network to get introductions to protocols we should be working with
• Attend Solana conferences and turn conversations into closed deals
• Build relationships with Solana Foundation, Superteam, and ecosystem leaders

Job requirements

 
You're Perfect For This If:
 

You're Already Plugged Into Solana

 

• Deep network across major Solana protocols (Jupiter, Squads, Meteora, Solana Foundation, etc.)
• Know the founders, know the teams, know who's shipping and who's larping
• Solana conference attendance history is mandatory (Breakpoint, Solana Hacker House, ecosystem events)
• MonkeDAO or Superteam member is a plus

You Have a Web3 Sales Track Record

 

• 3+ years of Web3 sales experience (protocol side or service provider)
• Closed deals with real protocols, not just talked about closing deals
• Bonus: sold dev tools, security products, or SaaS to technical buyers
• Can navigate from cold DM to signed contract without hand-holding
• Know the difference between a protocol that will pay and one that's just shopping around

You Get the Technical Stuff

 

• Can read a GitHub README and quickly spot what needs auditing
• Know the difference between a critical vulnerability and a low-priority issue
• Understand how Solana DeFi protocols work and make money
• Can talk to developers without sounding like a normie

You're Hungry to Dominate

 

• Will work weekends during conference season because that's when deals happen
• Don't need step-by-step instructions to get shit done
• See opportunities and act on them before anyone asks

You Know How to Actually Sell
