About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and early stage Web3 company in a Head of Growth position. We are at the beginning of a growth period, and are seeking a highly strategic and operationally excellent individual to work directly with our CEO/founder. You will help identify our top priorities and help scale the go-to-market our business. You will drive operational rigor, manage multiple projects ensuring their efficient execution, and equip the team with the necessary data and metrics. You will help develop key strategic materials and communications for our leadership. You will gain exposure to running a startup day-to-day: developing our go-to-market strategy, building and executing on a customer pipeline, and developing our relationships with stakeholders. About you:

  • You have 3+ (or 2+ with a top tier MBA) years of full-time work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally you have either worked at a tech company in a Strategy, Biz Ops, Growth position or you have experience in management consulting or venture capital
  • Experience scaling a company and closing meaningful customer relationships, or developing strategies to accomplish this
  • Outstanding writing skills and the ability to convey messages succinctly and thoroughly to various kinds of audiences
  • You have great analytical skills (i.e can develop meaningful KPIs)
  • Experience with a tech work management platform (jira/confluence, asana, smartsheets etc.) You are great at developing material for presentations
  • Prior experience in crypto / blockchain / fintech is a plus but is not required
