AMUZED is a music manager game based on blockchain technology where users can collect, trade and play with digital artist cards – creating an entertaining and rewarding experience. Our aim is to open the door for any music fan to discover the world of Web3 – and thereby create an enthusiastic and engaged community.

Tasks

• You will plan & execute the overall strategy for the business across various departments, incl. product, marketing, finance and growth in general
• You will be heavily involved in the entire growth process, starting from idea generation, strategy drafting all the way to implementation and acceleration
• You will work alongside management and get full exposure to all aspects of the company
• You will perform detailed, data-focused research on various markets, users, competitive products in order to best decide the company's next step to move to the next level
• You will get in touch with key decision makers and various stakeholders in order to implement our goals
• You will be taking ownership of your own projects and will be able to leverage various team members in order to support you

Requirements

• You have 3+ years in professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business development or startups in general
• You are able to work independently on tasks, deliver high-quality outputs, and are resourceful as well as structured
• You possess analytical capabilities paired with a hands-on attitude and results-oriented approach
• You have a proactive nature and superior drive to move things forward and are willing to go the extra mile
• You are a team-player and have the ability to collaborate successfully on a common vision
• You are very motivated to learn every day and have the willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
• You have strong communication/negotiation skills
• You have a passion for the music industry and latest trends in that area and are interested in innovations in tech and particularly the NFT space
• You're fluent in German and English (C1+)
• You're able to start within the next 3 months in our offices in Berlin
