Our University Recruiting Lead will build and execute an admirable, global university recruiting process and program from the ground up. You will be responsible for identifying uniquely diverse, accomplished interns and new graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company. You will also be responsible for building a summer program that connects our interns with the broader Anchorage team and crypto community.
