(Remote) API3 is seeking Sentinels to join our remote team and contribute to the development of our web3 products. As an API3 Sentinel, you will work closely with our development team and be responsible for monitoring our system APIs, partner APIs, errors, chats, and other critical areas.

Your role will be vital in maintaining the stability and performance of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily monitor system APIs, errors, chats, charts, and other critical areas during weekends and in the absence of the regular Sentinels.

• Quickly step in and adapt to different monitoring time zones and shifts as required.

• Spot abnormalities promptly and escalate issues as necessary.

• Provide a seamless continuation of monitoring duties during any unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements: 

• Ability to spot abnormalities and identify potential issues swiftly.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and promptly respond when backup coverage is needed.

• Comfortable working in a remote team environment and coordinating with team members across different time zones.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new monitoring tools and technologies quickly.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and sometimes on public holidays.

• Readiness to occasionally adjust personal schedule on short notice.

• A basic understanding of EVM blockchains is beneficial.

The candidate should be located near CST (UTC-6) time zone to be able comfortably to work shifts.

The candidate cannot be located in the USA or Canada.
