Our web3 company is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. Our company's mission is to revolutionize the web3 space and create innovative solutions that enhance the user experience. We are currently in the final stages of developing our product and are looking for an EIR to help us take our company to the next level.

Role and Responsibilities:
The EIR will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, conducting market research, testing the product, maintaining financials, managing teams, and other tasks as assigned. The EIR will work independently and will be responsible for managing teams. They will also be responsible for conducting user testing and will be involved in management.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position should have knowledge of the web3 space, up-to-date knowledge of the newest technologies and projects in the web3 space, and an understanding of DeFi and crypto concepts. They need to know how DEXes, prediction markets and yeild aggregators work However, no specific qualifications are required for this position.

Skills and Expertise:
The EIR should have experience in creating marketing strategies, conducting market research, testing the product, maintaining financials, managing teams, and other tasks as assigned. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
