We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical development of our innovative DeFi product. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, architecture, and development of our platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the platform meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
Develop and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for BetterBarter, in alignment with our business objectives and user needs.
Manage the software development team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive.

Requirements :

Deep knowledge and experience in Trading, Finance and Technical development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience in blockchain and DeFi, with a strong understanding of smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, and other related technologies.
Experience with Solidity, Ethereum, and other blockchain technologies.
Strong technical background, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
Experience managing distributed software development teams.
A passion for blockchain and decentralized finance, and a commitment to the principles of decentralization and community governance.
