 Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development/Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our client base. This role is commission-only, meaning your earning potential is uncapped and directly tied to your sales performance. If you are a self-starter with a strong sales background and a passion for Web3 and marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their marketing needs.
  • Present and sell marketing services to Projects.
  • Create the necessary materials required to sell the services.
  • Monitor and Track Progress in a CRM and create weekly reports for the management team.
  • Meet the monthly Sales targets and  KPIs for items such as Lead Outreach, Booked meetings/Discussions, Proposal send rates, and close rates.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Follow-up on leads and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with the latest Web3 marketing trends and industry developments.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Web3 business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in marketing or advertising services).
  • Strong Account Management Skills.
  • Good Knowledge of the Web3 Industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.

    Nice to Have:

  • Prior Experience working with Web3 Marketing Agencies or experience working in Marketing or Community Roles

  • Certified Chad with a track record of Degenning in Web3
  • Large Social Media Presence

    Compensation:

  • Commission-based earnings with no cap on income potential.
