Bitski is powering the commerce layer of the metaverse. As Head of Business Development you will drive Bitskiโ€™s strategy in identifying, developing and securing the new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships which position us as the global leader in Web3 Wallet and Crypto Asset management technologies. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will help scale the value proposition of our product ecosystem, cultivate our partnerships and anchor our strategic negotiations. At your core you are a visionary deal maker with a track record for execution.

What You'll Do:

    • Design, negotiate, and close key deals at scale propelling Bitskiโ€™s business and global footprint.
    • Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders to help define Bitskiโ€™s go-to-market strategy, operational frameworks, revenue goals, and partnership strategy.
    • Analyze markets and synthesize recommendations into actionable channel development and partnerships plans.
    • Demonstrate fluency in the complex legal and business issues in contracts and develop creative win-win solutions with our partners.
    • Roll up your sleeves while building, managing and mentoring the team from the ground up.
    • Stay agile, shape the narrative, and execute across a quickly evolving range of products.
    • Represent Bitskiโ€™s seat at the table when engaging with industry leaders, prospective and/or established partners in articulating our value proposition and business principles.

What We're Looking For:

    • Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in leading business development and strategic partnerships in consumer driven spaces not limited to software, gaming, fashion-life>
    • A diverse and deep knowledge bank in developing business models, implementing partnership strategies, including complex bespoke deals and scalable/repeatable initiatives.
    • A creative, poised and structured thinking approach in finding ways to unblock challenging problems.
    • Experience successfully navigating fast-paced, hyper-growth and highly ambiguous environments.
    • Superstar closing ability and knack for inspiring others.
    • Curiosity, exceptional understanding, and intuition with regards to marketplaces and technology ecosystems.
    • Proven ability to recruit, manage, and mentor a high performing team.
    • Polished interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in engaging with all corporate and executive levels both internally or externally.
