Job Description:
BlackTokenomics is looking for an experienced Business Development Associate who will be actively involved in our lead generation and management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Search for, contact, and schedule appointments with qualifying leads who might need our expertise in tokenomics.
- Quickly assess, identify, and effectively address the pain points of qualifying leads and explain how our company can help.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested leads and involve sales executives in those conversations for next steps.
- Keep all lead records updated in our CRM system.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Business Development leads.
- Manage relationships with current clients and ensure they are satisfied and happy.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in business development or a similar role in the web3 industry (preferably at an early-stage startup) with a demonstrable track record.
- Familiarity with web3, blockchain, and tokenomics-related terms and vocabulary.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key players in the industry.
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for process and outreach optimization.
