We’re eager to find an Technical Support Specialistto help us expand our Product department and grow our DevRel team. The goal is to own the node operator experience and ensure the success of individuals and teams operating nodes within our protocol, by supporting existing teams and onboarding the next generation.
Responsibilities:
- Support operators onboarding the network and optimize their performance, provide them assistance and guidance
- Collaborate with network operators, partners and other relevant stakeholders
- Maintain detailed documentation of node configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Curate the node operator experience on ssv.network, proactively identifying issues and potential solutions
- Help drive node operator engagement and communications, including updating our community on protocol updates, providing support on Discord
- Synthesize node operator feedback into clear technical requirements, and work with the engineering team to improve our products accordingly
- Be the liaison between node operators and the R&D team - triage node operators issues, provide the R&D team with prioritized and descriptive problem statements
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in configuring and managing blockchain nodes
- Experience or exposure to DevOps or SysAdmin tasks, including Cloud services
- Experienced with some of the key technologies we use across the blockchain, cryptography, and distributed systems domains
- Competent CS fundamentals, either in a formal university program or through self-learning
- A passion for working closely with, nurturing, and growing web3 communities
- Technical writing including documentation, tutorials, etc.
- Ability to dissect and explain complex topics in a simple manner
- Excellent people skills, with a user / community-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with Ethereum and Proof-of-Stake
- Experience in developer relations in blockchain or developer-focused software companies
