• Establish dedicated communication channel with project
• Data entry and tracking of project statuses
• Handle any question that projects have regarding chain selection, onboarding or deployment

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years in a sales or account management role
• Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of crypto products
• A comprehensive understanding of crypto/Web 3 is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
