ByteTrade Lab is a Web 3.0 Infrastructure Builder and Venture Studio, backed by Susquehanna International Group (SIG) Asia VC Fund and several other leading institutional investors including INCE Capital, BAI Capital, Sky9 Capital, BlueRun, and PCG with $50 million USD Series A financing raised in 2022.

ByteTrade Lab also focuses on incubating and early-stage investing in Web 3.0 projects that are building the decentralized version of Internet applications on Terminus OS. Our objective is to enable the builders of Web 3.0 by providing a multitude of resources including but not limited to: technological expertise, product definition, business planning, GTM strategies, and funding.

We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to join our team. While the role involves working with various initiatives within the ByteTrade Ecosystem, there will be a primary focus on a key project:

Terminus OS — A Web3.0 Operating System built on a decentralized network of personal servers controlled by private keys. It aims to decentralize the application and protocol layer of the Internet and return data ownership to users. Terminus OS allows users to install and use various decentralized versions of Internet applications supported by open protocols and self-hosted software run on Terminus Personal Server. In addition, users can run blockchain-based dApps and interact seamlessly with different blockchains on Terminus OS.

Requirements:

 • Profound understanding of technical products and blockchain technology, ideally substantiated with a BS or MS degree in exact science (Math, Computer Science, etc.)

 • Experience in blockchain technology companies, decentralized applications, and the Web3 ecosystem

 • Extensive network of relationships with key corporate, technology companies, university, government, and investor stakeholders

 • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of identifying opportunities and devising effective partnership strategies

 • Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving targets and driving partnership success

 • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and initiative

 • *Additional experience in the NFT and GameFi space, particularly in establishing and executing successful partnerships in the web3 space, would be a plus, as there are potential opportunities to also contribute to one of our incubated projects, Ladder.top — a decentralized NFT automated market maker protocol.

What We Offer:

The annual salary range for this role is between $30,000 - $100,000 with a preference for candidates based in the US. We are flexible and open to various configurations, including both full-time and part-time roles. The role has high internal mobility and flexibility within the ByteTrade Ecosystem, with actual compensation influenced by a variety of factors, including your skills, experience, and the role's configuration (full-time, part-time, skills, experience).
