Composite's vision is to create the rails on which a credibly neutral modern financial system can run. We seek an outstanding Solidity smart contract lead to help us build out this vision.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement protocol and governance upgrades in Solidity for Composite
• Create security architecture for deploying and managing Ethereum smart contracts, tokens, keys, etc.
• Automate and streamline development and testing of smart contracts and risk models across different internal and external environments

Qualifications:

• Solidity development experience and strong understanding of the EVM
• Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, etc..
• Strong interest and familiarity with Crypto protocols and DeFi products
• Experience developing production quality software in Python, Rust, Go, C++, or other high-performance languages
