Summary
We are expanding the DinoSwap team and are looking for someone energetic, passionate and self-driven to help oversee our DinoSwap Community on both Telegram and Discord. The ideal candidate possesses an advanced understanding of the cryptocurrency space, as well as the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will be required to coordinate community engagement activities, organize content, manage posts, educate moderators, expand community operations and answer questions from the community.
About DinoSwap
DinoSwap is a multi-chain infrastructure project that builds liquidity for layer-one blockchains, AMMs, and partnering projects. DinoSwap aims to provide a secure, dynamic, and fun farming solution for DeFi. Initially launching on Polygon, DinoSwap aims to bridge liquidity between all top blockchains to the benefit of everyone. DinoSwap features “Fossil Farms,” “Extinction Pools,” “Tar Pits,” a DEX aggregator, and more for users to get the highest yield regardless of their native blockchain.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Telegram (11k Members) and Discord (3k Members)
- Hire and educate moderators to uphold community guidelines and standards
- Follow through execution, devise strategies and tactics to achieve KPI
- Design and write creative content for pinned messages and/or posts
- Create contests, polls and other activities to boost community engagement
- Expand our community to other regions and language groups
Qualifications
- Must have professional writing and oral communication skills in English
- Must have advanced knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
- Proficient understanding of how to use telegram and discord bots
- Proven track record in handling emergency situations and managing crises
- Experience of +2 years in crypto space as a community manager
- Excellent copywriting skills for creative content
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
**This is a full-time position. Crypto is a global, 24/7 market so hours will vary.
We ideally want someone with a flexible schedule who lives and breathes crypto.
**Compensation: Basis Points in $DINO (cryptocurrency)
