Exciting Opportunity: Russian Sales Manager (Crypto) - Fully Remote

We're thrilled to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with a robust background in crypto, finance, and blockchain. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere within Europe. About the Role: As our Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and implementing a potent sales strategy to drive business growth
• Identifying and attracting new customers within the crypto, finance, and blockchain sectors
• Showcasing our client's products to potential clients and guiding them through the integration process
• Expanding our client's market presence and establishing a network of potential customers
• Representing our client, their brand, and solutions at industry conferences
• Understanding customer needs to provide the best possible solutions
• Analysing competitors to identify industry best practices and stay ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For: We're seeking a candidate who brings:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in the crypto, finance, blockchain, payment platforms, or gambling sectors

• Essential experience with Casino/iGaming merchants (high risk merchants)

• Proven track record in sales of B2B solutions and developing a robust network

• Expertise in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities

• Experience in analysing the competitive landscape and identifying best practices

• Strong networking skills and experience in building a database of potential customers

• Keen interest in blockchain technology and digital assets, including the crypto asset market

• Excellent communication skills, with experience in building business relationships with international partners

• Result-oriented and purposeful approach

• Strong time management and self-organization skills
