dSquad is an award-winning project that is building the future of brand engagement, powered by NFTs. We’re looking for a seasoned CTO to join our core team, we’re willing to offer the co-founder position based on the value you can add to the project.

We currently have 15,000+ community members, 5k+ NFT holders, and the backing of one of the most important foundations in the crypto space. 

Up until now, we’ve bootstrapped. We're now looking at our first round of funding to execute our ambitious plan of disrupting a $142 billion industry. 


We’re looking for a CTO with a strong interest in NFTs. If you’re a go-getter that’d like to make an impact on the future of brand engagement, then you’d be an excellent fit.

Join us and you will rebuild and re-architect an already existing product, lead the technology development and bring our product vision to life.


- The right applicant may earn the position of co-founder. 10% to 20% equity (standard 4y vesting). Equity % increases if the candidate takes no salary.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO to bring the product vision to life.
  • Build and lead the engineering and development team.
  • Work with engineers and designers to deliver a high-quality product experience that users love
  • Define the company’s technical roadmap and lead all aspects of the company’s technology development, delivery, and operations.
  • Build a diverse spectrum of top talent by fostering a world-class culture of innovation, and performance.
  • Define and manage best practices for development including code standards.
  • Oversee smart contract audits and reviews.
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving goals and keeping the rest of the team on track for successful progress.
  • Document, refine, and improve current and future processes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • 5+ years of programming experience.
  • Proven experience in smart contract development.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and scaling development and software teams.
  • Willingness to code at times.
  • A genuine interest in NFTs and the web3 space.
  • Comfort working with a small team in a very fast-paced environment.
