The Smart Agent, refering directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, will implement the commercial policy in its reference territory.
Regarding the foreign market, he/she will have the following responsibilities:
• prepare a plan relating to commercial strategies for distribution;
• budgeting / forecasting: drawing up the annual sales budget and preparing a monthly report on the evolution of the activities pertaining to his/her area;
• manage and develop the assigned commercial area (distributors or end customers) both directly and through the management of a foreign sales team (agents);
• monitor sales results and evaluate the relevant market to improve penetration on the same;
• evaluate the actions implemented by the main competitors and propose activities aimed at achieving the assigned objectives;
• research and evaluate new business opportunities;
• participate in trade fairs together with the export sales account team
• seek local investors to start the franchise project
The seller has a solid experience of at least 5 years in Senior Manager roles, in direct contact with the various commercial channels and management of a sales team for companies operating in the Food Industry.
The ideal experience was gained within the industry in the canning and / or grocery sector, managing important turnover on the GDO / Retail channels (in particular the EU and the United Kingdom) and Ho.Re.Ca./Food Service through importers, distributors and / or branches.
He/She has strong communication skills and ease of relating with people as well as a positive approach oriented towards problem-solving. Organizational, prioritization, and activity planning skills complete the profile. A predisposition to work towards objectives and good business analysis skills (programming and planning, budgeting) are also required.

Compensation Package: framework as a freelancer and remuneration exclusively in commissions, as well as bonuses and benefits to achieve objectives
