About us
At Fair.xyz, we are creating a new NFT launch experience for both collectors and creators; fairly, gas war-free, and on-chain. Fair.xyz aims to make a one-stop-shop for NFTs and become the Amazon Marketplace of Web3. We are starting with digital art, but we’re expanding to tackle digital wearables, social tokens, music, architecture, fashion, and much more.

Fair.xyz was founded by a group of engineers from Meta, Instagram, and Goldman Sachs, leveraging our industry experience to build the best consumer products in Web3.
We’re a hard-working bunch. Not because it’s required anywhere on the contract, but because we’re passionate and love what we do. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but if Fair.xyz were there it probably would have been built in a week. We move fast and love challenges - and are only looking for people who have the same drive.
Engineering at Fair.xyz
We are seeking rockstar Senior Full-Stack engineers to help us build new products and features from the ground up. You’ll be working on solving challenging problems revolving around the use of Web3 technology into a code-free platform, tackling the most common issues faced by users in the space using elegant and intuitive solutions.
What you'll do at Fair.xyz...
- Take ownership of engineering solutions from beginning to end, bridging the gap between product and blockchain by directly working alongside our suite of talented engineers in bringing ideas to life
- Opportunities for rapid growth and progress as an early joiner in the team, being at the forefront of key decision making with respect to our infrastructure’s architecture and deployments
- Build highly scalable and secure infrastructure, leveraging tools like Docker, Kubernetes and AWS to solve the most interesting of technical challenges.
- Ability to work across a wide range of areas ranging as an opportunity for career development, in anything from smart contract integration on our platform to scaling of our back-end as we continue to grow
- Helping to nurture engineers through mentoring and education. You will be rapidly given more leadership responsibilities as we scale our engineering efforts.
- Work using a wide suite of languages across our whole stack, from front-end to back-end: React, Next, Node.js, Nest.js, Typescript, CSS, (+ Solidity if you want to explore Blockchain-specific solutions!)
- Oversee and lead an extremely talented team of engineers
What we're looking for...
- 7+ years of experience in building front-end solutions in React/Next and CSS, with a firm grasp on deploying a user-driven UI
- 7+ years of experience in building back-end solutions in Node.js/Nest.js with Typescript, and a good intuition or proven track-record in building scalable solutions
- Good communicator, able to relay information in a clear and concise manner to other areas of the team to ensure smooth and seamless integration across the whole production pipeline
- 7+ years of managing a team in a similar role
- Competence in react-native (Preferred)
- Above all, passion to work as part of a fast-growing team with ambitious goals for constant innovation and development
