This role is a contractual research and development freelance contract role.

We are seeking a full-stack developer for an Fall 2021 project building with blockchain frameworks.

Ideal Candidate:
A software engineer with hands-on experience with programming and testing user cloud applications. You will be leading the front-end web application development using a blockchain framework. You will be able to offer expertise and advise technical trade-offs for implementation details. You are a strong technical writer and have technical expertise in new technologies and cloud applications. You understand the importance of open communication, collaboration across varied disciplines and creating your own compass within uncertainty.

What you will be doing:

• Creating front end web services using AngularJS, HTML, (S)CSS, NodeJS, Bootstrap
• Creating front end web services leveraging blockchain network services
• Resting your code and peer code
• Drive brainstorming sessions with team members
• Continuously assess risk and benefits of implementing new technologies
• Maintaining up-to-date communications for the team in remote environments

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years full time front-end/ back-end development experience.
• HTML/XHTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular.js, Node.js and JQuery.
• Experience with React, Angular 11 or other client/server web framework.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.).
• Knowledge working with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.).
• Cloud based infrastructure on Amazon EC2, Docker, Kubernetes,

• Continuous Integration CI/CD (Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy).
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies and NFT trends is a MUST
