What will you do at Fynd

• Frequently research market trends and incorporate them into your designs.
• Create and maintain game documentation.
• Create and support competitive social systems and reward structures for your games.
• Organize and conduct playtests to get feedback for new feature prototypes.
• Basic understanding of Unity/ Game Engine if projects require the same.
• Present new game concepts, designs, and stories to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Testing and balancing levels and gameplay features.
• Guide and communicate the vision for design initiatives.
• Follow good design practices.
• Build and improve tools to make the design pipeline faster and more efficient.
• Create new game features and enhancements to existing concepts and new games to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Knowledge of the PC, Console, and Mobile Platforms in terms of hardware and software.

Some Specific Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in “hands-on” game design.
• Experience with game systems design and balancing for casual games.
• Proficient in Unity.
• Understanding of all processes involved in game production.
• Good communication skills - ability to describe game ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work effectively with other team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements and instructions.
• Passion for games.
• Analytical mind and good problem-solving aptitude.
• Must be highly creative and have storytelling ability.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge and interest in web3 and metaverse in general
• Experience in Real Money Gaming

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline
