Full Stack Engineer - Remote
 Salary Range (Euro): €80000 - €120000
 
 Description
 Global Access Labs is building the future of DeFi (Decentralised Finance). We need someone who is self-motivated and wants to create an impact in the Web3 space. We are looking for a full stack engineer.
 What You Will Do

 - You will work directly with the Founder and Tech Lead to deliver this product.
 
Who You Are
 Must Haves:
 - 5+ years of software engineering experience
 - 5+ years of JavaScript development experience
 - 3+ years of Solidity Experience
 - 3+ Blockchain/crypto/DeFi experience
 - Excellent knowledge of Web3 protocols
 - Strong communication skills

 - Ethereum / Solidity
 - JavaScript / TypeScript
 - VueJS / NodeJS
 - Html/CSS

About GAL
 Global Access Labs is a start-up working in the DeFi space. Our first product is http://sumero.finance/
 Sumero would enable anyone to create synthetic tokens and track virtually anything. For this we need to create UI/UX interfaces that plug into open-source smart contracts and enable sumero users to trade, mint, pool synthetic assets, as well as provide liquidity for these pools. We would also need to write few proprietary smart contracts.

Our Hiring Process
 Our hiring process consists of 3 different stages
 Founder Interview: If we like your initial application, expect to schedule an interview with the founder. This interview will focus on getting to know you a bit more and will focus on explaining the culture of the company. We want to know more about why you want to join our team, how you feel about our mission and DeFi now and how it fits into your overall career plan to make sure this is the right place for you.
 Technical Interview: A deep dive on your technical projects and experiences, as well as a technical discussion.
 Technical Assessment: A technical assignment which you could finish over a weekend.
