About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Manage Crypto Provider Relationships:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cryptocurrency service providers,ensuring favorable terms and high-quality services.

- Collaborate with Senior Finance Leadership to align crypto operations with overalltreasury strategy and business objectives.

• Oversee Cryptocurrency Transactions:

- Monitor and manage cryptocurrency transactions, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency in all related processes.

- Supervise the execution of crypto payments and transfers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Ensure Compliance and KYT (Know Your Transaction):

- Implement and oversee compliance measures specific to cryptocurrency operations, including adherence to KYT requirements.

- Ensure all crypto transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards across various jurisdictions.

• Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct financial analysis related to cryptocurrency assets, including market trends, liquidity assessments, and risk evaluation.

- Provide detailed reports and insights to Senior Finance Leadership for informed decision-making regarding crypto strategies.

• Optimize Crypto Operations:

- Identify and implement improvements to cryptocurrency transaction processes to enhance efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.

- Stay updated on the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market, adjusting strategies as necessary to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

• Support Treasury Crypto Initiatives:

- Collaborate closely with senior treasury leadership on key crypto-related projects,such as integrating new cryptocurrency platforms, enhancing risk managementframeworks, and exploring new crypto investment opportunities.

Essential professional experience:

• Experience in Cryptocurrency Operations:

- 4+ years of experience in cryptocurrency management or a related field, with a focus on managing relationships with crypto providers and overseeing transactions.

• Transaction Management Expertise:

- Proven experience in managing cryptocurrency transactions, including payments, transfers, and other related processes.

• Compliance and KYT Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to cryptocurrency operations,including expertise in KYT requirements.

• Financial Analytical Skills:

- Proficient in financial analysis related to cryptocurrency assets, with the ability tointerpret market data and provide actionable insights.

• Crypto Provider Relationship Management:

- Experience in managing relationships with cryptocurrency service providers, includingnegotiating terms and ensuring service quality.

• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance relevant tocryptocurrency operations in diverse markets.

• Leadership and Communication:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage tasks independently whilecollaborating effectively with Senior Finance Leadership and other stakeholders.
